Privette's Premium Soil
Screened Fill Dirt
Our screened fill dirt is ran through a 1/2" minus screener and is always free of rocks, roots and trash larger than 1/2" which makes it easier to work with. Ideal for filling holes or leveling off slopes. |
Screened Topsoil
The native topsoil in this area is clay based. Our Screened Topsoil is always screened through a 1/2" minus screener and is free of any rocks and debris larger than a 1/2". (Anything smaller then 1/2" will be in the soil which is out of our control but will help with drainage and will help keep the soil loose.) We process our own soils so every yard is consistent. Perfect for leveling and filling holes. Will grow grass but would benefit from ammendments. |
Premium Plant Mix (Charlotte Mecklenburg Approved)
Our Premium Plant Mix is screened through a 1/2" minus screener and free of any rock and debris larger than 1/2".(Anything smaller then 1/2" will be in the soil which is out of our control but will help with drainage and will help keep the soil loose) We mix it at our own facility using only high quality products. The mixture is 35% topsoil, 35% compost, 20% pine fines, and 10% sand . Perfect for growing grass, flowers or in the garden. |

Aged Pine Fines
Aged Pine Fines make an excellent additive for flower beds and container plantings. Also is an excellent soil amendment to introduce organic matter into heavy clay soil. Helps to retain moisture in the soil. |
Flower Bed Mix
This soil is for flower beds and is a mixture of 40% compost, 40% aged pine fines and 20% mixing sand(sandy topsoil). This is a specialty blend and will need advanced notice to mix as we do not stock pile it. The Flower Bed Mix contains no Soil. |
